A terrible service & a total rip off, so would give a zero if I could
The worst company ever. A terrible service & total rip off merchants, if zero was abailae that's what I would give. I order a pair of sandals for my wedding, measure my feet to the size they said, sandals came & didn't fit. they offered a discount to keep the sandal & made it sound very difficult to send them back. After confering with them about sizes i decided to go the next size up & take the discount because it seemed very hard to return. the same exact size came with a different label on for the next size up!!! I contacted them & have had nothing but problems. because both pairs were wrong which was down to them i said i wanted a full refund.... they refused, eventually they agreed to refund the sandals less postage again, i returned both pairs. they refunded me £6 for 2 pairs of sandals...... nearly £50 including cost of shipping (3 lots of shipping at my expense when it was their fault!!!)..... so £6 is an utter insult..... they ripped me off big time!!!! they keep going on about the discount ticket BUT I RETURNED BOTH PAIRS SO I NEVER ESSENTIALLY GOT THE DISCOUNT!!! Plus they say they only recieved the back 1 pair, even though both pairs were returned in same box!!! Avoid at all costs..... total nightmare company with absoluetly NO ethics what so ever i am fuming I will NEVER use these again & will tell people to avoid if theyre considering buying from them. I have reported to PayPal, and hopefully they can sort it out.
