Inept customer service, faulty products.
Recently made a purchase with them for a handful of different items. Things shipped quick enough, but when the items arrived, there were many issues. Ordered a 24 piece cup set, they sent 2 6 piece sets. Orderd 3 watches, one works, one was dead on arrival and the other randomly loses or gains around 10-15 minutes every hour. After 2 weeks of trying to get a response from their customer service they offer half the cost of the items with issues as "store credit" and close the ticket. My over all recommendation is to avoid them completely as there are better direct from China sites with much better customer service than the scammers at Chinabuye.
