Wall Mount Not as Advertised – No Resolution Offered
I ordered an RTK Wall Mount from Mammotion because their website clearly showed it as compatible with the solar panel. The product description and images indicated that the solar panel could be mounted directly onto the bracket. This was a key factor in my purchase, as I intended to install the RTK unit without relying on a fixed power outlet. However, the mount I received does not have the necessary holes to attach the solar panel. It is simply not possible to mount the panel as shown in the listing. As a result, I have had to connect the RTK directly to a power source, which defeats the entire purpose of buying the solar panel in the first place. I contacted Mammotion’s support team and was told that I had received their "latest version" of the mount, which they claim now requires the solar panel to be installed beside the bracket rather than directly on it. This design change was not mentioned at the time of purchase, and their website still displays the original version with direct mounting functionality. The listing has not been updated to reflect this change in design. In addition to the website visuals, Mammotion’s own solar panel installation manual also states that the panel can be mounted directly on the wall bracket, reinforcing that the version I received is not what I paid for. This means I was sent a product that does not match the one that was advertised or described when I placed my order. Continuing to display outdated images and descriptions, while delivering a different version of the product, is misleading and unacceptable. Under Danish consumer protection law, this constitutes a defective delivery. As a customer, I am legally entitled to receive the correct product as advertised, or alternatively to cancel the purchase and receive a full refund. So far, Mammotion has refused to take responsibility or offer a resolution. This is not about product upgrades or new versions. It is about delivering what was sold.
