Delayed refund
Things started out very well when 1outlets emailed me to warn of a potential issue with my purchase which would be shipped from the US and the voltage was not compatible with the voltage in Malaysia Full marks for identifying the problem and offering me the chance to cancel. But no marks for taking 6 months to refund my payment and that only after I threatened to involve my credit card issuer to recover the payment.
