I GOT SCAMMED
I have been scammed out of £54, I have been waiting over 4 weeks for a slushy machine I bought online stating from Cosco but coming from China? They took my money straight away and I’d been following the tracking on the Track718 site which said it was delivered on 21st August which is a total lie as I had no deliveries at my address as I looked on my ring door camera. I reported them to my bank and was given an instant temporary refund and they contacted them too. Today I receive a message from my bank stating they have disputed my claim but my bank said they have enough info to challenge them. They now have 10 days to reply and if I don’t hear anything within 2 months I can keep the refund which is rightfully mine anyway. So not happy, I have now sent the company a second message on their contact form with my email address on as the first one was ignored.
