Disgusting support & service.
I've played several of their games and each time they have introduced so many problems from bugs, lag and general stupidity. I put in a support ticket at the start of September and still yet to receive a reply, it is now the 8th of October, when posting on their forums and/or facebook page, you are treated like someone who doesn't know what they're doing and they tend to use copy & paste replies without reading the posts first. The game has had bug, after bug, after bug which affects the consumer to a great extent. Their hosting server isn't very stable. EDIT: This is their support ticket suggested to use by GTArcade : Yet to see a response... "Account & Mini-client 23:32 25/08/2016 Hi there, I'm unable to locate any of my characters linking with my Facebook account, I've selected the correct server but it still not load my character. Account: ########## What details and/or steps must I take to load the game other than through Facebook, thanks." Just look at the date that I sent that.. clear indication of their customer support.
