Mobile phone looked USED
Bought a brand new mobile phone. I do not know where to start... first of all the box OPENED and it was damaged on the outside. The screen of the phone had several SCRATCHES. The protective case of the phone was not in its box but it was already on the phone by someone... I still haven't opened the phone to see if it is working or there is another suprice waiting for me. Their life chat on support never works and the email i sent 2 weeks ago still havent been answered. I am really dissapointed from this website.
