absolute garbage. FRP unlock was purchased and despite several hours trying to get it to work, and several hours spent talking to so called expert support staff who talk way above your paygrade and make it as difficult as possible for users that have a reasonable level of computer understanding, it didnt work. One of the many support staff I spoke to said oh you need to pay another $60usd to get the online frp removal done. I paid for a programme that was supposed to get rid of the frp password and it DID NOT WORK. When I asked for a refund they said oh no its not the fault of the software. The software did not work, it failed to do what it was supposed to do. Why would you not refund?? It seems it is a semi scam as they bend over backwards to try and not refund you, and it seems they are instructed to give a pre worded paragraph that states their so called refund policy. To my mind you purchase a service, it does not work, GIVE A REFUND. DISGRACEFUL CONDUCT BY WONDERSHARE. AVOID THIS COMPANY AND THEIR PRODUCTS.
