Incorrect item customer service very poor
Took along time to come and the order was incorrect . Photos sent of item received and customer service refuse to admit to mistake despite obvious . Photos of confirmation email mail sent items not correct . Offering a refund of a sum alot less than paid for the item despite still saying it was correct - unbelievable.! Very poor . Official complaint in progress. Later offered refund but expect me to pay shipping costs which is more than actual item .
