Didn't even turn up
Didn't turn up, left me stranded at Delhi Airport at 1 am having to find alternative transport having wasted much time looking for them and calling them only to have my calls ignored. I see a template reply has been posted saying it will 'never happen again'. See all the other no show reviews to decide for yourself whether this is really likely to be the case. I very much doubt it
