Very disappointing experience with Livecards.net. I purchased an Xbox Game Pass code and received a code that was already redeemed. I contacted support immediately, but despite claiming to offer “24/7 support”, I have heard absolutely nothing back the entire weekend. When you sell digital products that can instantly fail, support responsiveness matters. Right now I’ve paid for something I cannot use and have been left without any proper assistance. I hope this gets resolved quickly, but at the moment I cannot recommend this service.
