This was the first time i deal with the company and it was such a great experience...first; i contacted the company regarding my brother and asked them to help me to find a well repudiated hospital to diagnose him since we don't really know what was wrong with him and his condition was getting worse everyday, i got a quick response from the company and they recommended me to go to Charite Teaching Hospital in Berlin since its one of the best hospitals in Germany, afterwords they made the whole process really easy regarding the appointment, paying fees, providing a translator (since my brother doesn't speak English), an option for transportation from the airport and during our stay in Berlin and they helped my brother to get his visa. after arriving Berlin we found everything just as they promised, everything was top notch, the hospital they recommended was great and they were very professionals. my medical communicator was Dr. Amith Kumar , a great communicator, he responded quickly to any concern i had during the whole process, took care of all the details and stayed on contact with me all the way till my brother went back home. when you are worry about your or your family's health you need to deal with professionals who deliver what they promise and respond quickly to you and those guys did that for us and so i am very grateful for them
