Absolutely the worst customer service…
Absolutely the worst customer service ever. I've been trying to get a refund on a tool chest for weeks. Today, even though it was in the store (it had to be received before they can do the return), they said it will take an hour or more before they could process the return. Another wasted trip to Laurel. They are the worst.
