Chat session review
I haven't received my first Geniusrx order yet so I can't review the company. This review is regarding my Chat session with Geniusrx online customer service. Though, I had to wait several minutes for a representative to connect with me via Chat, once she did, she was very professional and helpful. She was attentive to my questions and my needs. She took care of my issue immediately. I was pleased with the representative, the Chat session, and the resolution of my issue.
