I ordered diamond painting kits in Feb 2020, like so many others I did not receive, Hermes were courier and nothing arrived. An audience with the Pope would be easier to arrange than actual voice contact with a real person at Hermes Contacted Chinatera and got wait, wait then try Hermes yourself. They would take no responsibility, offered no refund. Shocking customer service. Never ever trust them.
