This company is a wolf in sheep’s clothing. All the marketing portrays care and compassion for pets. The reality is, on year two-three they will increase prices 100-200% and when you claim, they will look for any reason to reject it. I will be taking them to court to recover costs of what should have been paid. Awful business, avoid. NB: their replies are always copy and pasted template rubbish trying to justify their extortion, I’ll expect the same here. See you in court!
