A terrible experience and awful…
A terrible experience and awful customer service. I was trying to get my text messages from my Pixel 11 Pro XL to my iPhone 17 Pro Max and after it "finished" transferring it made my iPhone restart and everything was erased. This resulted on me losing pictures and video of a party that I attended and hadn't backed up. I told customer service what happened and asked for a refund and they kept saying that they will resolve the issue!!!! YOU CAN'T RESOLVE THE ISSUE BECAUSE THE DAMAGE IS DONE. I kept telling them and they asked for logs which when that happened I was so pissed off I deleted the app and now I don't have the logs. They kept saying to read their refund policy and that it does not cover personal reasons. Can you believe that! How can they think it's because personal reasons after it deleted everything on my iPhone. You have been warned.
