Doesn't exchange order even if it was an honest mistake.
Went to order a quite similar name of item by mistake, then straight away contacted them for an exchange, But rejected multiple times and gets kicked out of customer service chat. Blaming the code has been viewed, but the code is not used. Its an incorrect to the game I am playing.
