Disappointed
Ordered a prom dress and when it came for the money was exceptional unfortunately it was too big measurements of dress was not what was on the size guide so had to send back that was when it all went wrong. DO NOT BUY UNLESS YOU INTEND TO KEEP!!! I received my refund email within less than a week but it was substantially less than I was expecting. I was aware I was not getting postage back thats fine what they don't tell you is vat and discounts you don't get back so for my refund was the price of dress less vat less my discount. Very disappointed.
