Absolutely useless customer service
Absolutely useless customer service. They did not even consider starting an investigation with the delivery company even áfter I already contacted the delivery company for them…!!! Instead they want me to pay $25 for resending my order. So much for customer service… I am never ever going to order there again and advice you not to do so either…
