Avoid at all costs
Avoid at all costs. I purchased a chandelier through Debenhams and didn’t even take it out of the box as could see it was awful quality, hence I tried to return it. 4 times DBZ ignored me, hence I opened a case with PayPal. DBZ chose to ignore everything I asked them and would not supply me with a returns label so I had to pay for a tracked return via Royal Mail and thank god I did. They argued that they hadn’t received the item back and luckily I had proof which I had to forward about 10 times. Debenhams got involved and asked why I hadn’t asked them for a return label, but in the box it stated if you wanted to return you had to email them (DBZ) directly!! I got my money back after so much hassle but I’m out of pocket for the returns postage money and why should I be as this cost £10.10 AWFUL COMPANY
