Don't use them
Booked tickets on Malaysian Railways with them. Didn't get tickets within 48 hours as promised. No response to email. Slow response to WhatsApp. 5 weeks to get a refund. No point using them. I booked direct with KTM after I got no response from Easybook but unfortunately the train I wanted was fully booked by then. The really sad thing is that my Lonely Planet Guide Book for Malaysia recommends Easybook. I can only assume that the writers have never used them. Google reviews and Trustpilot both rate Easybook at less than 1.5 stars out of 5 from multiple reviews. Hundreds of people can't all be wrong.
