Recently got a quote for a 25000 mile service after waiting two hours for someone to answer the phone! They then quoted £656 !! I thought what ! Had it serviced at another recognised Suzuki dealer same service for £285, how can they just justify charging nearly £400 more for same service by Suzuki dealer technicians? Unbelievable clearly overcharging , I am awaiting an itemisation of their charges , have reported to Suzuki U.K. and motoring ombudsman still waiting for their itemisation of charges ! You may want to think again contact other dealers before using them! Very dissatisfied and disappointed, no wonder they are losing the Suzuki franchise.
