Not reliable at all
Having no stock for selling items, unreliable. no stock for promotion items (sent in their own blogpost), even more unreliable. item in shop while asking to cancel order, even more unreliable. not able to refill stock for promotion items within 7 weeks, even more unreliable. sending promotion mails every day without working cancellation possibility, even more unreliable. No 10. Nov. Blogpost of mobile phone. 10. Nov. to 8. Or 9. Dec None sold 10. Nov. to 8. Or 9. Dec Collecting personal data and money. 6. Dec. 2022 Request from Hekka to cancel or change order. Collecting personal data and money from 10. Nov to 8. Or 9. Dec. 2022. Still available to order the mobile phone I got 5 mails in which the service insisted to get an agreement to cancel the order. In this time I got 17 spam mails from Hekka, where the selfservice unsubscription was not working. The unsubscribe link in mail and the profile config wasnt working. I got 1-2 Hekka promotion spam mails per day. Within the cancellation, I asked to delete my account and all my data after I got my money back... but my account is still existing. Ordernumber was provided to Hekka. Starting a promotion without stock (7 weeks time to get stock filled), collecting money and personal Data, thats unreliable and not trustworthy business. 2 Month later they start spamming my mail account again with 2+ Mails per day. They lie obviously on trustpilot... Otherwise my account and my mail address were not target of Hekka spam
