Carbon tripod
I bought a carbon tripod thinking the seller is located in the EU or GB. It turned out to be in China since this was where the package was shipped from. Unfortunately, after arriving in Frankfurt and being loaded into the delivery truck, no further status messages came through, probably meaning "lost on delivery". The customer support answered relatively fast but wanted to wait longer for the package to arrive. 6 weeks later I was able to convince them to send another item which arrived 10 days later. The tripod is well build and very versatile. Good buy. Customer support could be improved but it was not their fault that the package got lost. But: do not make people think you are a UK or EU company.
