Terrible company
Terrible company. I bought what I thought was 8 flexi season tickets which should be as per below Flexi Season allows unlimited travel on the day of activation between a named origin and destination station. They are sold in bundles of 8 day passes, which must be used within 28 days. It is only available as a Digital Ticket. But no this company are selling as single outbound only . Paid of 400 pounds just for 8 outbound tickets . Big Con ! Refused to give me full refund .
