Wouldn't authorise refund until I removed my bad review!!
Had an absolutely terrible experience buying bridesmaid dresses. I bought 5 of the same dress and they all looked completely different when they arrived. When I sent 3 back in one package because the sizes were wrong, they told me they had only received 2 and it took me WEEKS to get it organised - last thing I needed before my wedding. I had originally left a bad review to warn others, but the company actually told me they could not authorise my refund until I had removed my bad review. That alone tells you everything about this company, in my opinion.
