Difficult communication with customer service
They made a mistake and sent a wrong product. When contacting the customer service they ask for pictures of some label that doesn't exist. They insist everyday, and after many emails with multiple pictures they continue to insist that I should send some picture with some non existing number. After writing reviews about the bad customer service, they contacted and made the refund. In the end I'm satisfied that the problem is solved.
