Ordered about a month ago - not received!
Ordered about a month ago. Got a confirmation email. Then heard nothing for a couple weeks. Emailed to ask if it had been shipped. It hadn’t. Got told there’s been delays with shipping but my order was now priority. Still haven’t received anything. Really irritating. Ordered stuff from Australia that has arrived faster! *edit My order arrived. I was in contact with someone called Brenna who helped me locate my package. My cardigan arrived and it’s ok quality and looks like it did in the picture. It’s quite thin though. Don’t think I will order again due to 1) how long shipping took, 2) how irritating it was to try and track (first link just told me order had been confirmed) and 3) the fact that the quality of the cardigan is quite cheap when the price of it wasn’t really. The one thing I will say is the print on it is a nice design (which was why I ordered it) and Brenna was quick to respond and helped as much as she could via email which I appreciated! Thanks Brenna!
