I ordered one of the jigsaw sun catchers for a gift. I contacted Customer Service when I hadn’t received it after a reasonable wait. They answered me almost immediately, located the problem, and offered to send another one with expedited shipping. I got it within 4 days! I am so impressed with the customer service - and also pleased with the gift i ordered.
