It looks like a exit scam to me, they even place a notice saying that if they go bankrupt they wont refund your money!!! Just felt super shady, could not complete the KYC their app did not work. They ask lots of unnecessary questions in KYC, no other main company of this kind does. They have a ton of employes how they will pay them in a bear market and with all the PinkCoins they have it is a big risk... Just not giving one star because of the email reply that I recieved, they did reply, but no solution for the KYC app not working, the positive reviews are mostly from 1 review user, just super fishy all in all. It is just not worth the risk. Update on reply: If you read the reply from them, they are now treathening me for making a review an expressing my opinion, this just confirmes all the doughts I had. After being treathened by hodlnaut I am definetly not using this platform. In response to the reply: The western platforms do offer insurance instead of a notification saying" that one can loose all their money if the company goes broke. Also a western company would never treathen a customer or a potential customer for expressing his or her opinion. There is a huge gap in civism and trust here. Finaly your collegue was just one not "collegues" as you mentioned, was in fact kind but did not mention the photo was dark, she did provide alternatives that were not possible for me...Also as I remember I could not go back and change the income as the one I placed was not acurate, but fat finger error...
