OffGamers

50% Success rate

I play Conquer Online, and one of the easiest ways to purchase Conquer Points in bulk is with a Mint Card. OffGamers is an authorized re-seller of Mint, and I've gone to them twice for $300 Mint cards. There was a several hour verification delay on the first card, but it worked fine. The second card, however, was expired. I called customer service and got a call back almost the minute I started leaving a voicemail. Customer service asked that I move to online chat, where my issue was escalated in their customer service support ticket system. Their support was out of Asia, so I suspect that anyone who could actually remedy the situation is based in the US, and thus was asleep. There is a long 72-96 hour wait - extraordinarily long when considering the large amount of money involved, for me to even be updated about my purchase. Additionally, an email in reply to my ticket stated that my case was being forwarded to the CD Key team - even though I promptly replied that this is not a CD Key, or a virtual item in at all. Its currency, and I simply paid them 8 dollars to move currency from one medium of exchange to another. Mint Cards are automatically generated. The generation request is made after an order is credited, and I am hoping that this is merely a time difference issue and not a case of reusing old generated pins. If it is anything other then that, something is very wrong with how they handle orders with the mint API.
