Disappointed
Disappointed. Pictures on the website are decieving. I ordered a personalised tree ornament and paid extra for a gift box expecting it to arrive with packing to make it look presentable. Instead it was an empty box with the ornament inside a plastic bag. Considering the price paid I expected something decent. It's now cost extra to buy extra tissue etc to make it look like a proper gift. Was only offered a 10% refund, negotiatiated a 30% refund that I'm still waiting for. Don't expect value for money as you won't get it.
