The worst service ever ! DO NOT USE IT
The worst service ever ! We did not even find the bus that we booked online. It was 10pm in Ollaytantambo, Peru and we had to arrange for another bus. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE THERE ARE BUSES THERE MUCH CHEAPER AND RELIABLE. After contacting the service all we got as response "Good afternoon, we have finally received the response from Bus Pedro. According to their report, they assure us that both passengers arrived to make the trip, for this reason, it is not possible to make the requested refund. " --> In conlusion they are thiefs. ---> Update : We got a refund after emailing redbus.
