The seller has lied throughout my purchase about the wait time and four months later, after being told I would have my item within 100 days, I am still waiting. The seller also deliberately uploaded a fake tracking number so that the item appears to have been “delivered” even though it is nowhere to be seen. I have reported this but the Alibaba customer service agents do not fully understand English and shower you with compliments and praise (“you are a wonderful customer” etc) but don’t actually resolve your callout. This experience has been very expensive for me personally and professionally, not a reliable platform in my opinion
