Guarantee not honored.
The product was not effective for me, despite only light wrinkles. When I asked to return under the guarantee, I had repeated offers to keep the product for increasing partial refunds. I asked for a full refund, returned the product as instructed and still do not have a refund more than 5 weeks later. The product may work for some but the guaranteed refund is a scam. Even their reply is false. My purchase was not made with a discount coupon or a recurring subscription. I look forward to the refund.
