we booked a ticket through happy Easy Go for Indian Airlines. Due to pandemic, the flight could not operate. I approached Indian Airlines, who processed refund and confirmed to me through email. Now This happy Easy Go company are not refunding my money despite rigorous follow up since last one year. Now we are finally files a case in consumer court and also filing criminal case for cheating I am a lawyer and not going to spare these people. I will see that these cheaters are arrested by police and produced in Mumbai court. I will teach them a lesson and see that in future no innocent people become victim of heir modes operandi.
