Finally taken care of so I increased to 3 stars.
I was finally sent a new camera that worked. I wrote multiple times to get a defective $40 camera replaced and all I got was a continuous run around. When I wrote finally that I was done with TinyDeal here is what followed. I have the whole conversation if needed. I wrote after many tries: I mentioned it earlier on many e-mails. No thank you TinyDeals. I am done with you and everyone will know how you are terrible to your customers. Just scroll down and look at earlier e-mails and see I mentioned it a few times. Bad business practices and I will be reporting to our government how you are not a good company. I will make sure people know that you cheat customers. You have done nothing at all to correct the problem and forced me to purchase more junk to get what I originally paid for. I also have this letter and all responses to show anyone who cares to see. The response I got back was as follows: Dear Santa George, This is Timmy, the representative of TinyDeal Customer Service. I am honored to assist you further. Ok, good luck with that.
