Customer Service the Absolute Best
I am a long-time customer of US Wellness Meats. Quality, shipping, and customer service are all the absolute best. I recently made an order, which was mostly raw meat for our dog. That very night, we realized it was time to put our dog down. I sent a quick email as soon as we knew the change in our circumstances. I called in early Monday morning to cancel the order. It had already been packed and about ready for FedEx, but Chris in Customer Service went above and beyond and took care of me. US Wellness Meats is truly one of the best companies out there.
