Avoid this company and their products! Terrible customer service.
I purchased 3 identical items from this store at a reasonable price. Prior to purchasing, I had read some customer reviews of the particular product that mentioned they were incompatible with iOS devices even though the description clearly stated they work with all. Customer service confirmed that they did indeed work with my devices and that should there be any problems to contact customer service. Sure enough, when they arrived they didn't work as described with iOS, I contacted customer service and was asked to send a video which I did, what has followed is more than 5 emails from them bartering a refund in their TD points currency, which if you read the small print can only be used in part payment. Terrible customer service even though they acknowledge they don't work. Spend your money at another store willing to provide decent customer service when things go wrong.
