Leather shoes were plastic
I bought as advertised a pair of leather hand stitched shoes, when they arrived they were PLASTIC.I returned the shoes which cost £8.80 they promised to return my payment plus the £8.80 carriage .All they credited was £29.50 for the plastic shoes. The goods were misrepresented in the advert. I have communicated with 3 different departments at Banggood by email 3-4 times. I would not use this company again. Customer service is worth a minus -9 out of 10
