Abrupt unhelpful customer service
Flown my drone for 2 years without issue, however yesterday I lost it signal and fell from 30 feet, then disconected, it can't be found as its not in the find my drone location, I appreciate the nature of the hobbie but Dji are very unhelpful in me getting a new aircraft only, I'm happy to pay but they won't help me so I won't buy from them again EDIT, DJI told me that my P4 wasn't available to buy in the uk any more and offered me a voucher to use in there shop
