They clearly are trying to use AI to manage the releases; they will waste your time with rejections and ask you to verify rights, even when you provide them with signed licences. One time they made me go into the studio to prove we wrote the song and send them a video!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE, BUNCH OF PEOPLE WHO DON'T KNOW A THING ABOUT DISTRIBUTION. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
