VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
When I purchased this item it made claims the you could view the whole of the coins but this was not the case I contacted them and the said it would need and additional piece which would cost more money and as I did not want to spend any more money I asked for a refund and I had to pay £12.45p to send it back and every time I check there is some excuse saying they cannot find it and the post for the return address was wrong and this was the address they gave me in Germany they now say its stuck in Customs and I may have to pay more money , so I have had enough I would like my money back please. It’s taken well over a month and still not sorted I WOULD NOT RECOMEND THEM TO ANYONE
