Still no refund after 4weeks+. I have asked the credit card company to persue a refund. (Dec 14) I too wish I had read the reviews. I have asked for a refund for a faulty battery: - No reply to 5 emails spread over 7 days - No live-chat available (supposed to be 9-6) - No telephone number to call I will try another company and contact my credit card company.
