problems with repair / refund - with happy ending
My phone went wrong after a month usage, I had to send it back. Almost three months have passed since they got it back. The phone is still not repaired, I haven't got any money back and my latest 3 emails weren't answered. Update: After the review I got a promise that the money will be refunded in 1-2 weeks. As I get the money, I will update this review again. UPDATE AGAIN: Fair treatment at the end. I have got the money back, so the only problem was the slowness of the sales department.
