Sizing is ridiculous, customer service horrible
Shoes are fashionable and not expensive. I was fortunate that I ordered from Amazon, so returns were easy. I wear a 27.5 and shoes labeled 27.5 arrived ... but they were easily a 31 or 32! Even Pete Hegseth testifying to congress wouldn't have the chutzpah to claim these could have been 27.5. I emailed the company, who told me "It's an Amazon problem!!" I emailed back for clarification on what size to order, and was ignored. So I ordered 6 pairs from Amazon and returned most of them. But this is externalizing the cost of poor controls and customer service onto delivery companies and underpaid warehouse workers, so I won't be repeating it. Decent shoe for the price, too bad!
