Great customer service
My only suggestion would be to be very clear up front how an item will be shipped so that the buyer can determine the best address to ship to. For example, my purchase was sent Fedex and required my signature. It was sent to my home (shipping address matched billing address) but I'm at work during the day and would have rather my package be delivered to work. Redirecting a package requires lots of hoop jumping.
