In August of 2018
In August of 2018, I purchased carpeting from Skaff. Was told a big line that if unsatisfied, it would be taken care of. I love the carpet...but, I am very unsatisfied with the installation. I have had 2 people try to fix it and one person to come out and say it was okay and insinuated there was nothing they could do. I have had the carpet 6 months and still, every day that I look at this area on installation, I am dissatisfied. I shall never buy anything from Skaff nor recommend my family to do so.
