I’ve ordered from Uniqso before and found them to friendly, polite and efficient. I ordered the last batch of lenses on November 8 2022, and was told there’d be a slight delay. As of December 27 this year, I haven’t received the goods, and I’ve had to refer to my credit card company on my behalf. I’m unsure why the service has been so poor on this occasion.
